Laser Cutting Parameters
Metal processing by laser cutting – our laser cutting parameters:
- Maximum size 1500 x 3000 mm
- Black steel – up to 20 mm; beyond that, please consult with a manager
- Stainless steel – up to 12 mm
- Galvanized steel – up to 12 mm
- Aluminum – up to 10 mm
- Perforated sheet metal – depends on the metal; maximum thicknesses are greater here.
- Please note that at maximum thicknesses, the cut edge might be uneven, with more residue, etc.
- For parts with dense or numerous perforations (many closely spaced holes), it’s essential to consider the partition thickness to prevent burn-through, as well as flat deformation of thin sections due to overheating from laser operation.
- Currently, we do not laser cut pipes, profiles, angles, or seams. For these, we use band sawing equipment or engage subcontracted organizations.
